@sherali mamatkarimov

You need to upgrade the Access Point.

[*01/15/2025 13:42:11.8381] Version does not match.

Cisco IOS XE 17.14.1

17.14.0.79

15.3(3)JPS

Cisco Catalyst APs: 9105AX (I/W), 9115AX (I/E), 9117AX (I), 9120AX (I/E/P), 9130AX (I/E), 9136 (I), 9162 (I), 9164 (I), 9166 (I/D1)

At the back of the AP where the Serial Number and MAC address is, there is the Date of Manufacture.

Was the AP made before or after August 2022.  If the AP was made after August 2022, then read FN72424 - Later Versions of Some Wi-Fi 6 Access Points Fail to Join the WLAN Controller.

If the AP was made before August 2022, then refer to FN72258 - Some C9130AXI and C9130AXE APs Fail to Join Controllers That Run AireOS Released Earlier Than July 2021.

My AP Manufacture date is 06/2022 and version is V02 in the article that you send is witten that my is not affected

Also note that you should not be using IOS-XE 17.13.1 which is a limited support release - it will never get any bug or security fixes.  You should be running on an extended support release - refer to the TAC recommended link below.
17.12.4 with latest SMUs and APSP is probably your best option currently.
