Cisco Access Point Registrations

I have 6 Cisco Access Points at a Branch and two WLC Controllers under SSO HA at 2 different locations at different corporate Offices, one of them have 4 License available and other have 9 Licenses available, is it ok if I registered 4 AP’s to one Cisco Controller and 2 AP’s to another Cisco Controller as both have same SSID’s and Guest Profiles.

Experts please recommend be the best way to go ahead.

It is not good idea to register nearby AP to two different controllers. If you expect client roam among these Branch APs, that would be inefficient path created if you have APs register to different controllers.
