Can you give some information about the failure?

  • show sysinfo
  • show ap summary
  • show ap auto-rf 802.11a <ap-name>
  • show ap auto-rf 802.11b <ap-name>
  • show 802.11a
  • show 802.11b
  • show msglog
  • show traplog

Then on AP2800, you can try to show the following information:

  • show controller d 0
  • show controller d 1
  • show ver
  • show logging

@Rps-Cheers please kindly help thank you.

APCCDB.9321.62DA should have problems in power supply negotiation.

Jul 9 19:04:26 brain: CDP PoE negotiation FAILED !!
Jul 9 19:04:26 brain: LLDP PoE negotiation START
Jul 9 19:04:58 brain: LLDP PoE negotiation FAILED !!
Jul 9 19:04:58 brain: Power mode: Degraded/Reduced Power, power_detection: DC_adapter(FALSE), 802.3AF_POE(TRUE)

Note: If the AP2800 and AP 3800 are powered from an 802.3af power source the LED will cycle though the colors and the radios will be disabled.

Can this AP use other interfaces of the switch or replace other switches for power supply? Or use a power injector?

You can use the "show ap config general <ap-name>" command to check the basic situation of the AP.

eg:

Power Type/Mode.................................. Power injector / Full Power <------------
Number Of Slots.................................. 2

Oh, I know what this is.
This is a very well-known bug affecting the OS of the 2800/3800/4800.
Easy enough fix -- Upgrade the firmware to the latest train.  So if the controller is running 8.3.102.0 then upgrade to whatever is latest 8.3.X.X will fix this bug.

really? I retrieved a bug similar to ap1562, but the bug status has been terminated. Do you know the bug id of the bug you mentioned?

Is the Out-Of-Box RF profile enabled? If so you'll need to enable the radios on the AP.

I have change new AP with same model in the network when joined to the WLC2504

Which radio(s) is/are down?  Is it the 5.0 Ghz?

If it is, it could be the WLC is configured with multiple- and conflicting Regulatory Domain.

this is down.

Check the PoE power supply of the AP, and you can also do a cross test.
