Note :

Access points worked fine before for along time but this issue happened at 4 access points early

Time with Access point is different with time at WLC

Sounds like no comunication between the AP and WLC, as no CAPWAP response after broadcast requirement .  If the WLC was not changed the firmware version (please ensure, because it would get incompatible SW), you could try it:

1- Ensure the WLC country is compatible with the AP domain

2 -Use the DHCP Option 43 to send the IP in Hex. to the AP

   to one WLC = f104.<AAAA:BBBB:CCCC:DDDD>

   for two WLC = f108.<AAAA:BBBB:CCCC:DDD>

 - Check wireless/controller/software versions compatibility requirements :

Access points worked fine for along time berfore but this issue happened soon without any changes at WLC and access point.

 - Make sure , time settings are correct and synchronized on all involved devices (controller + ap) - preferably use an NTP server (service). Also make sure that the Regulatory Domain settings on the controller are still valid and or aligned with the ap-models being used.
