Hi all, I have the same issue.

I downloaded the last ME version.

Upgraded CAPWAP version to a newer than 8.3 (as indicated in literature).

Used MD5 Hash to verify images and it is OK for both.

TFTP load passed 100% and when the process begins the process to change to ME it fails. (corrupted image, no space or something)

Hi

You have to go

from 8.3 to 8.5 and then up.

you cannot upload from 8.3 to 8.10

step by step

will solve the issue

Hi,

Does anyone have 8.3 or rather AIR-AP2800-K9-ME-8-3-150-0.tar

This is the only one that is below 50mb which fits the flash. My contract wont allow me to download the older ones.

Same here I have:

cisco AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 ARMv7 Processor rev 1 (v7l) with 1028584/663900K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FDW2243D25E
AP Running Image : 8.5.135.0
Primary Boot Image : 8.5.135.0
Backup Boot Image : 0.0.0.0
2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
2 802.11 Radios
Radio Driver version : 9.0.5.5-W8964
Radio FW version : 9.1.8.1
NSS FW version : 2.4.24

Base ethernet MAC Address : 70:xxxxxx
Part Number : 73-xxxxx
PCA Assembly Number : 000-00000-00
PCA Revision Number :
PCB Serial Number : FDOxxxxx
Top Assembly Part Number : 068-xxxxx
Top Assembly Serial Number : FDWxxxxx
Top Revision Number : D0
Product/Model Number : AIR-AP2802I-E-K9

Now, with command:

PWA-xxxxxx#ap-type mobility-express tftp://10.xxxxx/AIR-AP2800-K9-ME-8-10-151-0.tar
Starting the ME image download...
It may take a few minutes to finish download.
If it is longer, please abort command, check network connection and try again
######################################################################## 100.0%
Image transfer complete.
Image downloaded, writing to flash...
do CHECK_ME, part2 is active part
Image signing verify success.
upgrade.sh: part to upgrade is part1
upgrade.sh: Image version 8.10.151.0 seems corrupted. Retry exhausted. Stop writing.

and so on, about corrupt file.

File image was downloaded from Cisco page. No idea where from to get not corrupted img.

I have one clue:   image transfer (via tftp) was always successfull, until once I commanded "reload" from CLI after a succesful writing. Since that time, any next attempt to flash is "corrupt". Maybe that's the reason?
