cisco AIR-AP3702I-UXK9 flashing red/green/off but is registered to WLC

As in title, I have 4 x cisco AIR-AP3702I-UXK9 flashing red/green/off eve though they are all registered to a WLC and have clients connected.

There is nothing in the logs to suggest an issue. We did have problems registering these APs to begin with, the WLC was saying that the regulatory domain of the AP didnot match the WLC but I was able to get them to register after upgrading the WLC to SW 8.0.110.0. and the current universal prime status is: unprimed.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Adam

The app for the iPhone can be found HERE.

For Android, it’s found HERE.

Cisco Aironet Universal AP Priming and Cisco AirProvision User Guide

Go the the AP in question and go into the "Advanced" tab.   Look at "Regulatory Domains".  Maybe it's because the AP is still in "-UX" mode.  Read the User Guide link above to set the correct Regulatory Domains to one of the AP and the rest will "follow".

Adam,

I just noticed I have the same issue. Did you ever find a way to resolve this?

Follow what Leo responded. The Ap are unprimed and hence in UX mode. Need to prime them with the Cisco app
