Cisco AIR-AP3802E-E-K9 not joining WLC

We have purchased new WLC 5520 and some access points we have configured Service Port, management port, and AP management port of WLC, but when we are trying to join APs to WLC we are receiving below errors.

Hi have you configured the licenses and accepted the EULA? You can go to Management > Software Activation > Licenses and type in the amount of licenses purchased to activate them. You should be prompted to accept the EULA and I recommend restarting the WLC after this so they remain permanent. After that, see if your APs join.

If licenses are all good, confirm the WLC is configured for Europe (E) and not US. You can do this under Controller -> Country or "show country".

What version of software are you running?

Check:

1. Security > AAA > AP Policies .. here only "Accept Manufactired Installed Certificate "MIC cert check box must be ticked.

2. Date and Time must be correct

3. Must accept the EULA for license

if still failing then paste the output of these commands:

From WLC: sh sysinfo

From AP: Sh version

Also boot the AP and paste the complete bootup process here.
