One question, I want to know which country code I must choose to register my AP cisco AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9  on the WLC?

Console into the AP and reboot the AP.

This is a vWLC, right?  Was the EULA accepted?

How many AP license have been enabled?

Two things:

  • WLC is not configured with NTP.  Configure it because APs will not join WLC if time-and-date are incorrect.
  • RCV image is very old.  I suspect the certificate inside the image have already expired.  Upload the latest RCV image to the AP.

Hello,

I upgrade the image and set up the NTP, the problem persist.

From Dasboard of WLC:

Any ideia to solve the issue?

 - Country codes are described here : https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html

Normally however you acquire AP-models according to the country they are destined for (not the reverse).
