One question, I want to know which country code I must choose to register my AP cisco AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9  on the WLC?

The controller was set up to use the following country code:

But the AP cannot register.

Can someone help me with that?

Two things: 

• WLC is not configured with NTP.  Configure it because APs will not join WLC if time-and-date are incorrect. 
• RCV image is very old.  I suspect the certificate inside the image have already expired.  Upload the latest RCV image to the AP.

Console into the AP and reboot the AP. 

This is a vWLC, right?  Was the EULA accepted?

How many AP license have been enabled?

Yes, This is a vWLC. No, I miss this part : )

Have been enabled 200 Licenses.

           Normally however you acquire AP-models according to the country they are destined for (not the reverse).
