Post "show dot11 association <mac_address>" output for a wireless client that you see weak signal.
By increasing AP radio power, you can increase the coverage, but again end of the day client capability determine the effective cell size. If AP operate in high power, then client can hear AP, but AP cannot hear client back.

What is "show dot11 association" command ?
This is a CLI command you can run once you have telnet/ssh or console into AP.
I have two access point and both are with the weak signal and I do not
the option to configure the channels 11, 12, 13, 14
In 2.4GHz, do not choose anything other than CH1, CH6 & CH 11. So in your channel selection, only select those 3 channels.
It is currently showing an error
Aironet Extensions Enabled
Carrier Set Americas
Configured Radio Channel 2452 MHz Channel 9
Transmitter Power error
Active Radio Channel 2452 MHz Channel 9
Move away from channel 9 & let it get one of 1,6,11

to improve the signal or access point must must be installed on the ceiling?
How does the spread of the access point 1602I signal?
Is there anything you can do to improve the signal strength?

Yes, these AP should be ceiling mounted for better use.
Refer below for coverage pattern for 1602I AP radios.

Is it Autonomous access points?, try configuring MCS : http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/15-3-3/configuration/guide/cg15-3-3/cg15-3-3-chap6-radio.html#63753
