Cisco Aironet 2800 doesn't broadcast SSID

Cisco AP led blinks cycling: Red - Green - Blue

But it seems I do not have any issues with power:

WiFi SSID was searched/scanned with a few phones and laptops, none of them could see SSID.

The switch can only deliver a maximum of 15.4 Watts per PoE port to a Powered Device (PD). So, this won't work. You need a POE+ or UPOE capable switch OR use AIR-PWRINJ6=.

Is LED flash set to "indefinite"?

Below the only settings for LED that I found. They have default settings.

 - Reboot the AP and scrutinize the boot sequence , look for errors related to powering (despite reporting good in the screenshot) , or  other errors , if any ,

AP led blinks cycling: Red - Green - Blue it is power problem.

It is normal that right after boot AP will display Full Power and after few minute will switch to Low Power if injector it is not compatible. Post more details of what model of injector/switch  are you using to power the AP ?

You can also enable debug on console/ssh and check the power status if it is bad:

sh lldp inline
Power_Requested(mW) Power_Available(mW) Port_ID
Negotiation-failed Negotiation-failed

...

Power mode: Degraded/Reduced Power, power_detection: DC_adapter(FALSE), 802.3AF_POE(TRUE)
AP is in critical condition

Access point has been powered up for over an hour.
Power status didn't change, it's "Power injector / Full Power"

Cisco AP: AIR-AP2802I-B-K9
Cisco power injector: AIR-PWRINJ4

Does I must use AIR-PWRINJ6?

Is AIR-PWRINJ4 doesn't support AP 2800?

From power injectors specifications I can see that both
AIR-PWRINJ4 and AIR-PWRINJ6 do support 802.3at (30 W) and 802.3af (15.4 W).

Is AIR-PWRINJ4 doesn't support AP 2800?

Cisco 2800 AP input power requirements are:

  • 802.3at PoE+, Cisco Universal PoE (Cisco UPOE)
  • 802.3at power injector (AIR-PWRINJ6=)

AP needs at minimum 22.5W at the PSE without enabling USB port.

If the AP2800 and AP3800 are powered from an 802.3af power source the LED will cycle though the colors and the radios will be disabled.

The following Mid-Span devices are not compatible with the AP 2800 AP 3800:

  • Mid-Span Injectors–AIR-PWRINJ, AIR-PWRINJ2, AIR-PWRINJ3, AIR-PWRINJ4 and AIR-PWRINJ5
  • Local power supplies–AIR-PWR-A, AIR-PWR-B and AIR-PWR-C

So, you do need AIR-PWRINJ6= or a switch with POE+ capabilities to support 2800 series AP.

I have "SG 200-08P 8-Port Gigabit PoE Smart Switch" could it be used to power up the AP 2800?

The switch can only deliver a maximum of 15.4 Watts per PoE port to a Powered Device (PD). So, this won't work. You need a POE+ or UPOE capable switch OR use AIR-PWRINJ6=.
