Turn off Flexible Radio Assignment (FRA) globally or the 5.0 Ghz micro radio gets triggered.

Is the AP in an AP Group?

yes the default group,  it could be FW issue ?

When you turn off FRA globally it doesn't automatically reset any APs which already had FRA applied.

You must use config advanced fra revert to reset radio assignments back to default.

issue has been resolved after downgrade to AIR-AP3800-K9-ME-8-5-161-0  then upgrade again to AIR-AP3800-K9-ME-8-10-130-0

Hi bikoo!

Thank you for your update! I had the exact same issue on a AP1562D running 8.10.151.0. Even a reset factory of the AP did not resolve the issue.

After downgrading ME to 8.5.161.0, 5GHz is now working fine.

Cheers

I have a similar problem with Radio 2 on my 3802e AP.

Under Access Point Viiew screen, my AP indicates that Radio 1 (2.4) and Radio 2 (5) are both enabled but when I configure my AP there is only the ability to configure Radio 1 and there is no option to configure Radio 2.

Further, if I configure Radio 1 to act as a dedicated 5GHz WLAN then my Radio 1 disappears as well from the AP configuration screen.

can you please help me troubleshoot?

Here are a couple of better screen shots:
