Cisco AP 3602E, unable to join existing WLC 2504

Dear  experts, 

I have AP3602E which I've loaded with controller based ios but still unable to join to WLC. I have reloaded the AP with different firmware hoping that it overcome compatibility issue with WLC but no luck. here is the my WLC2504 sysinfo:

Just for your info:

I have loaded firmware ap3g2-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF12i, ap3g2-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF12i, ap3g2-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF12i, ap3g2-k9w8-tar.153-3.JF12i, with NO luck. 

Just before that, after the firmware is loaded and rebooted, the controller briefly connect to AP3602, its shows the AP's mac under the Wireless list menu and the status is "downloading", but the after restarted, this AP disappear from the wireless list. 

I also tried with different AP3602I, all of them join the controller without an issue, total 12 APs are with the domain and maximum based on the license is 14 units APs.

Take a look at the model number of that ap, it’s for Europe not US. Your other aps are probably 3602e-A or 3602i-A not 3602e-E.

You wanted to say that if the APs are EU models, it won't work with WLC (US) model? if yes, would there be any workaround to have them work together?

You can configure the WLC to use both American and European country codes and they will work together. When it runs RRM algorithms etc however, it will use the strictest of the two when it comes to channel availability and power levels.

Wireless -> Country -> Select a European country and United States

Ric provided how to add the country code to the controller. Just keep in mind that in order to be in compliance, make sure the AP is installed in the correct country. You don’t want to be installing that AP model in the US as it’s not certified by the FCC. Now, no one can prevent someone from doing that and you can if you wish to.
