We can not associate an AIR-AP2802I-A-K9 v03 with Cisco 2504 Wireless Controller (PID: AIR-CT2504-K9).

WLC Software Version: 8.0.121.0
AP release: We don´t know what is it
AP MAC Address: A0B4-3988-BFFC

Can you help us?
Any suggestions?

Hi @comunicaciones.colombia 

You need to update you WLC at leat at 8.2.110.0. Thas is the first versión that support 2800 APs.

I recommend you go for 8.5.161.0 is the last stable versión for 2504 and support 2800 APs

             (also scrutinize the required controller software versions, if applicable).
