Cisco AP Buy 2 get 1 free - has anyone used this promo?

Has anyone used this promotion before? I heard they ran it last year and we have about 400 2602's to replace and would love to leverage this deal.

I got some pushback from our partner that these have to have a DNA license, etc and its not a good deal. We pay about $800/AP normally for 2802i's and would like to know if anyone has successfully used this deal?

The promo is no different to other promo. Just make sure if the promo is available in your country.
For authorized resellers, just show them the PDF.
I think Cisco wants to clear out the warehouse of the APs listed.

I don't see any mention of DNA license being required so maybe tell you're partner you can always ask another company to help with the deal :P. The specific 2802 SKUs are listed there so I don't see a reason why you can't leverage it..

The promo is actually for the Mobility Express models, they anyway don't need DNA to run. Also it's not listed in the promo, so I would go for it.
"Includes all Aironet 1800, 2800, and 3800 Series (-K9C) access points which are able to deploy Mobility Express, Meraki MR20 and MR33 access points, and Small Business WAP125, WAP150, WAP361, and WAP581 access points."

Though ME capable, they can still be deployed in LW mode with DNA integration so guess that was the partner angle.. for whatever reason.
