Hello

There are two ways to reset your password

1. From WLC you can go to the configuration>>Tags&profile>>AP join and change the password under Management tab(User)

2.From AP -You can do factory reset, unplug the access point, start to hold in the button, plug in the access point, keep the button held in for at least 30 seconds while the access point boots, and after about 30 seconds let go of the button, unplug and replug the access point.
