Cisco EWC on 9115 Access Point Local authentication configuration

Can anyone share with me a guide or documentation about the configuration of Local Authentication in case of fallback on Cisco EWC on 9115 Access Point (Local EAP)?

This should be the same, but check whether the client stations would recognize this Auth server under the same wireless profile, as maybe the EAP type in both configs the primary and fallback should be the same:
