You're using APs with the wrong regulatory domain.
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html
-C = probably Bangladesh though strangely not listed in the compliance tool for 1832 although is for other 18xx APs.
Remember using APs from a different regulatory domain is illegal in most countries.

In fact looking at the radio output - if accurate - then you have different regulatory domains on your 2.4 and 5 radios!
I wasn't aware before but apparently that is expected as per:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/country_codes.html
"The 2.4-GHz band radio regulations are the same for the EU and China. Hence, under the 2.4-GHz radio band, it is possible to see -H domain configured APs (China) with the -E AP list in the controller." Presume the same applies to -C APs.
That looks similar, but not identical, to the issue on https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/704/fn70479.html and 1832 is not listed in that.1. Make sure you have the correct APs for your regulatory domain2. Contact TAC about why the radios are showing the wrong regulatory domain for the AP model. You will likely need to RMA the APs.

almost all of our devices support this band 5.745 to 5.825 GHz; 5 channels.
so what besides china what other country can i use ?
can we use APS from different regulatory domain in one evironment if we have to support devices from that region ? how can i instruckt certain ap to follow that reuglatory domain and others to follow other ..because in cli mode we can specify multiple countries but how to fix it to certain country ?

1. You cannot change the regulatory domain of the AP.
2. It doesn't matter where the client devices are from.
3. Legally speaking you cannot just arbitrarily choose countries - the only legal option is to use the correct regulatory domain for your country and have the WLC set to your country which will then match the AP. Check the compliance tool - the domain codes seem to vary between different generations of AP so don't assume it's the same on all APs. If you're in Pakistan you should be using Pakistan APs with country set to Pakistan. Using other domain APs is what has caused this mess - there is no legal option for you other than to replace the APs with the correct APs. Mixing countries will generally mean any channels not supported in one of them will be disabled on all your APs.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/country_codes.html
When multiple countries are configured and the RRM auto-RF feature is enabled, the RRM assigns the channels that are derived by performing a union of the allowed channels per the AP country code. The APs are assigned channels by the RRM based on their PID country code. APs are only allowed to use legal frequencies that match their PID country code. Ensure that your AP's country code is legal in the country that it is deployed.
