cisco PI1.2 and LMS4.2

I have read everywhere that Cisco  PI1.2 combines NCS and LMS2.4 , is Cisco PI 1.2 a single hardware on which you can have both NCS and LMS4.2 lisence ??

PI combines NCS, LMS, and WAN into one product with a single license. Prior to PI 1.2, these tools had to be installed on separate VM's.
