Active = more clients as the threshold set on the WLC could not connect to the AP
Cleared = the previous Alarm is not anymore active, because the amount of not connected clients has decreased
This can be completely normal if you have a lot of moving clients and have not perfect coverage outsides or in toilets and so on. Compare the reported APs with teh location and the expected connectivity.
Not sure about the report with the -95.
