Cisco WCS question about Maps

- I have a building and floor plan setup in WCS, its a pro version

- I setup AP's on the map and they show up fine

- Next I choose Maps, Clients and then try to look at the "recent location" some times it works but at times I just keep getting the following error:

Detecting APs are not yet assigned to areas. Please assign them to Areas to see Client Map.

Any idea why that keeps happening?

The client would be detected by APs that are not placed on the map ?

Just go in the map and select "add APs" and you will see if you have unassigned APs
