Cisco WCS reports not working

Hi guys,

It used to work before but now when i run a report it comes up with strange error. I have attached the screenshot. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

You have issues with any other reports or just that one? What version of WCS are you running.

i tried 4 and all have the same issues. we run version 7.0.172.0 for WCS and the controllers version is 7.2.103.0.

That's why... Your WCS/NCS has to the same version or a higher version than the WLC.

Rule of thumb..... WCS/NCS/MSE code >= WLC Code

The issue is that you need to migrate to NCS. WCS doesn't support WLC code 7.2.x.

You need Cisco NCS Prime. Get the migration since its only $2000.00 on special. I think it's still that price.
