Cisco Wireless and Wireless Crestron Touch screen

Just submitting to see if anyone has deployed wireless Crestron products on a Cisco Wireless Infrastructure. Currently in a project that the audio/video Crestron vendor is blaming the new local Cisco Wireless Infrastructure for the equipment not working. Curious if anyone has any experience or lessons learned to ensure compatibility.

Of course they will blame Cisco.  Who else are they meant to blame?

What seems to be the problem?  
How is the SSID configured?

I had, about 7 years ago and they run horribly. In the end I configured an open and unencrypted SSID with no timeouts and it worked (if the Crestron was booted every day at around 5.00 in the morning) more or less for the day, until it was replaced 1-2 years later with wired components.
