Cisco WLC 5508 guest captive portal not able to login Automatically

Hello Dear Members,

We need to set up access to guest user access. we configured the WLAN and security .

But authentication page is not directly coming automatically when connecting. When i browse ip address page comes.

We use Active directory for authentication.

How can i resolve the issue.

Do i need to enable "Web Auth proxy direction mode" in controller for this??

Web auth have some nuances that you need to unsdertand to sucessfully apply the setup.

 If you are using local web auth, the wlc will handle the web page login. For that , you need define if the login page will be internal or external.
