Cisco WLC 9800-L versie 17.9.1 join issue Cisco AP C9105AXI-E

We use a Cisco WLC 9800-L version 17.9.1, when we want to connect a Cisco AP C9105AXI-E to the WLC I get the following message from the AP:

[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] Discovery response from MWAR 'paat-wlc-test' running version 17.9.1.8 is rejected.
[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] Failed to decode discovery response(status = 4).
[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] CAPWAP SM handler: Failed to process message type 2 state 2.
[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] Failed to handle capwap control message from controller - status 4
[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] Failed to process unencrypted capwap packet 0x1d59000 from 10.2.12.16
[*10/27/2022 08:34:23.9582] Failed to send capwap message 0 to the state machine. Packet already freed.

I also notice the following message from the log: Set PnP NTP Server pnpntpserver.adm.intra.

Connecting older types of Cisco AP(AIR-AP2802I-E-K9) with the WLC goes without any problems.
and I don't see the PnP NTP server log issue.

 Note that since you are on the 17.9.1 train and the mention resolving  release 17.9.2 is not yet available but probably it will by the end of next week.
