I see several possiblilities to go wrong
- the AP does not have it's default configuration
- Only one client can be connected to the CiscoBusiness-Setup SSID at a time.-> another client is already connected
- there are other similar AP's in your network and the current AP is not the Primary AP
- the security settings of your browser does not accept the self-signed certificate of the access point
-> try another browser
you can check if the Cisco Business Mobile App gives a more clear report of the error?
