CiscoWLC2504 & 3802|| frequent " PING: transmit failed.General failure

Hi,

We are seeing frequent "Ping transmit failed. General failure." error in most of the users who are connected to 3802 Access Points (9 Access Points in that floor) and to Cisco 2504 WLC.

As per the logs it shows users roamed, but user is sitting at desk. This error comes randomly and for few seconds users wifi gets disconnected and comes back.

Pls suggest to resolve this issue.

 - What software version is used on the controller , as per https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html

                 go for     8.5.182.12 (8.5.182.13 for 3504s)
  Kind of mandatory because aireos based platforms are gradually being  abandoned
