Cisco 5520 with HA
AP is in local mode.
User is authenticated using WPA2-PSK
Issues are affecting Windows 10, Windows 7 and macOS (High Sierra)
Once the client is not able to pass traffic the only way to recover is fresh authentication from the client or roam client to a different AP.
This was recorded in Bug id CSCvc67005 and flagged as fixed in version 126.96.36.199 but it seems issue are still there.
On our case we hit this bugCSCve57121 ( https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCve57121/?reffering_site=dumpcr ) and TAC recommended us to upgrade to 188.8.131.52 MR. So far no more disconnections experienced by user.
Seeing this on AireOS 184.108.40.206 with Cisco 2802 APs.
Windows 7 Device shows limited connectivity, the ARP entry is gone for the gateway.
The WLC shows client in run state and fully associated and authenticated.
Can see Client is continually broadcasting FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF on the air, to resolve, client needs to disconnect/reconnect or wait for EAP re-key to resume access and for limited conncectivity to disappear.
Issue does not occur at set time, same AP will still be serving other clients.
