Clients complaining wifi connection keep dropping

Hello,

We have 5508 WLC controlling all of our APs in remote offices. Recently, users are complaining in one of our remote office for their connection is keep dropping.  I'm very new to wifi network.  I'm trying to find out where to start troubleshooting on this.  Any direction you can point me, I'll really appreciate it.

I would first check what software code running on 5508 and see if it is a stable code.

Also check & see issue is occur with particular AP model or with particular client devices
