Clients unable to connect to Wifi at remote location

Hi all,

While trying to connect to WiFi at remote sites APs, the connection is getting time out.

User are getting error as 'Unable to connect to <WiFi-SSID>'

The APs at corporate office are functioning properly and user are able to connect to the APs.

Wifi Controller: 2504 Software ver: 7.3.101.0

Authentication 802.1x

Please assist in resolving the same.

So I see you have 3 SSID's and two of them are using radius authentication. If you look at the configuration between the two radius configured SSID's you will notice the one that works is using WPA2/AES and the one that doesn't (CSPL_Wifi) is using WPA2/TKIP & AES. This is or might be your issue. You need to disable TKIP and just use WPA2/AES.

When using WPA you use TKIP, when using WPA2, you use AES.

Try this and let us know.

You need to provide us more info.  Are you using FlexConnect or all the AP's local.  Can you post your show run-config and tell us what ssid you are having issues with.
