Compatibility of Cisco 3702E AP with AIRCT250425K9Z

We currently have two Cisco AIRCT2504 wireless controllers with a mixture of AIR-LAP1242-AG-A-K9 and 2702I APs connected to them.  We are needing to add additional APs and are looking at the 3702E AP.  Will the 3702E work with our 2504 controllers?  They are running software version 8.0.120.0 and field recovery image 7.6.101.1

The final firmware support for the 1242 is 8.0.X.  So the 2700 & 3700 can also work with 8.0.X firmware.
