I'm trying to configure a "local management user" with lobby-admin in access modes on WLC 2504. HI Jorge,
It is not possible in WLC.
But if you have a Cisco NCS or Prime Infrastructure then its possible. You can select one SSID under lobby ambassador defaults TAB from Profiles drop down.

JC.
