I have connection issue between IPTIME wireless lancard and Cisco AIR-AP 1220B hidden SSID mode.
Test Environment
1. B400D i.e. my product (Embedded Equipment, MPU:S3c2440, Linux kernal 2.6.21) add IPTIME N150UA wireless LAN Card.
2. IPTIME N150UA wireless Lan card used RT3070L chipset by Ralink.
3. I'm download IPTIME driver from Ralink website(www.ralink.com.tw).
- driver version 2011_0407_RT3070_RT3370_RT5370_RT5372_Linux_STA_V2.5.0.2_DPO.bz2)
4. Cisco AIR-AP 1220B set up Hidden SSID, WEP Key.
I use Cisco 1220B AP and IPTIME wireless lancard (RT3070L).
I want to connect Cisco 1220B AP to IP TIME N150 USB WIRELESS LAN CARD(RT3070L) on B400D
When SSID Broadcast mode, It is good for Cisco 1220B AP to connect with RT3070L.
But Hidden SSID mode, it can not work connecting 1220B AP with wireless LAN Card(RT3070L).
I set up LINUX 2.1.26 kernel in my PC.
After than, I tried to connect 1220B AP to RT3070L, it can not work to connect, too.
Status LINUX 2.6.32 kernal, it can not too.
When I changed Cisco AP (1220B -> 1242), It is good for Cisco 1242 AP to connect with RT3070L(both 1242AP Hidden mode and Broadcast mode).
Did you have any ideas about this issue.
