CT3504 controller with AP1562e 5G only use antenna 1

We new setup cluster controller. We find that 5G signal only use antenna 1. 2.4G can use antenna 1 & 2.

Is this normal ?

Go HERE and scroll down to Figure 1.  And it states:  Aironet 1562E access points are equipped with four separate N-type female connectors that carry dual-band signals or, through software control, can be configured such that the bottom pair of connectors carry only 2.4-GHz signals and the top pair carry only 5-GHz signals.
