Whenever the team orders CUCM Licenses (Basic, Enhanced etc) we get a provisioning mail from the Webex ID. Once the provisioning is complete the licenses get credited to the Cisco Smart Account. There are also some licensed items on the Subscription page at "admin.webex.com". To add, we do not use webex at all, we just have BE6k and Phones.
Why is it the licenses cannot be directly credited to the Smart Account ? Every time a provisioning mail and some confusion over it.
