Does the 9800 WLC Natively Support Captive Portal?

Hi team, I hope you’re doing well. I need your help with a question: does the 9800 WLC support captive portal?

From what I’ve read, it seems like it might rely on Cisco ISE for this functionality.

I was wondering if anyone could share some insight on whether this feature is native on the controller or if it requires ISE/another component?
