And the wireless client can not get the IP address from the external DHCP server normally.

I have seen this error on Wave 1 AP's when DCA interval has been set to a very aggressive timer. It is recommended that you increase the DCA timer. you need to shutdown both 2.4 and 5 Radios globally from WLC to do this change.

Also consider changing the channel width to narrow (may be 20 or 40) on 5ghz as default RF profiles are set to best. This should have been decided during the planning stage based on the survey, but I do not see any harm on doing it now. Also consider removing lower data rates in 5ghz rf profile and 2.4 depending on the clients you have.

Thanks for your reply. I will try to adjust those parameters you mentioned on controller. And I will give the feedback after replacement of AP from 2702I to 3702I. 

2702i is associated with CT5508.

3702i is associated with C9800.
