dot11radio 0 interface stuck at Reset / down on AP1572EAC

I am confuring a new wireless Bridge. I have already configured one of the AP as the root  bridge but when Configuring the second one  to be non-root, the dot11radio was in root so then I changed it to non-root bridge.  When I checked the radio interface it was  at  status was at Reset and down.

I tried all to try to clear it but nothing has worked. The software version is: 15.3(3)JC

Well you should just clear everything on the non root and start over. Have you followed the guides like in these links:
