Dual 5GHz behavior

Hi All,

We have some 3800s working in Client serving 5 GHz (dual 5GHz) and FRA disabled. I've noticed that while radio 1 (Macro Cell) is taking more than 70 clients, radio 0 is taking none.

How can we improve that radio "load balance"? the idea is that if we have that amount of clients in one radio, the other one can take part of the load in 5GHz.

I read there's a way through CLI to modify the -55dBm threshold of the Micro Cell, But I can't find the command.

any thoughts? thanks.

Wireless clients make the decision which AP to join.

Check the wireless NIC drivers because, if the wireless NIC drivers have never been updated, it will always make the worst roaming decision.
