Hello.
We have an installation with 9 APs (C1832/C1852) and we use EAP for authentication in our Wi-Fi network.
Sometimes we see that part of users on loaded AP (15-20 active connected users) are disconnected from our WiFi network.
On Windows PCs we collecting wifi reports using Netsh WLAN Show wlanreport. On this reports we see error like a "no authentificator".
Reboot of AP fixes this issue.
On all APs installed last recommended soft : 8.10.151.0
On logserver we dont see any error messages from controller at moment of issue, but we see some messages like:
%APF-6-RADIUS_OVERRIDE_DISABLED: apf_ms_radius_override.c:213 Radius overrides disabled, ignoring source 4
In which way we need to continue research of this issue?
We've tried to migrate controller on another AP,updraded software on all APs to last recommended...

How frequently are you seeing clients disconnect ? Are you seeing any pattern like certain clients type disconnecting or certain area or certain time of the day it happens etc ?
what kind of radius server you are using, if ISE then pull a client diagnostics report and run it through a pivot table to see if you see any pattern ?
During disconnection, can you capture following debugs and make it available
debug client <client mac>
debug aaa events enable
debug dot11 events enable

Hello. We dont see any pattern it this disconnects, only that this disconnects causes on different APs from time to time (sometimes it doesnt happens by weeks, sometime it happens few times in a week)
About debug looging:
I've tried to use these debug messages, configure remote logging on syslog server. But after some time controller stops send debug logs(on remote server and on memory). Does controller has any debug timeouts or something?
