Hi Team,
We have 9120 and 9166 access point with 9800 wlc. Currently we have wpa2 enable in all our said.
We want to enable wpa3 on all SSID. Please suggest what all we need to take care before enabling.

Main concern when enabling new features is client compatibility but, fortunatelly,wpa3 is backword compatible with wpa2 only devices.

Thanks for reply. So, we can directly enable along with wpa or it's only backward compatible with wpa2 only.

What you can not do is enable WPA3 only with you have WPA/WPA2 devices. The backward compatiblity means they can coexist. Best practive is to have them separated although I believe you can have them on the same WLAN as we can see on the picture below.
If I were to deploy a brown field for WPA I would first start with a PoC and test with a few devices after jumping in production. We never know how exactly different vendors will behave
