EPHONE 7921 PROBLEM WITH UC-560

I have a problem with 7921 phones registered with a UC-560.

The problem is as follows:

The phone works fine, but when you have an active call, the menu display disappears (hold-transfer) and you can not hold or transfer calls.

The display only shows the timer fixed at 1 sec.

When the phone is idle, the display shows the options correctly.

The version of the UC-560 is 15.1 (2) T4 i of the phones is CP7921G-1.4.3SR1.2

If anyone can help me.

thanks

I am using a 2901 with IOS 15.2(3)T / CME version 8.8 and a 7921 with 1.4.3SR1.2 and is working fine for me.

The additional call options should be under the right softeky labeled "Options".

If you have an ephone template defined and applied to the 7921 ephone config specifying the softkeys for "connected" state, then ensure it has the correct keys.  The order will be from left to right.  So below "Hold" will be the left softkey and the other options will be under "Options" / the right softkey.

Example:

ephone-template 1

softkeys connected Hold Endcall Trnsfr Confrn Acct

You can customize the softkeys for any state specifying "softkeys ...." in an ephone template.

But if you don't have an ephone-template specified then the default softkey set should be utilized and you should definitely see hold & transfer with the default softkey set.

Ensure to issue "create cnf-files" after a config change is performed.

Hi, thanks for your response.

I tried to edit the ephone-template and worked properly.

Thank you very much.
