Error for the Cisco 5508 firmware 8.5.182.0 with Air-AP2802I-B-K9

Keep receiving the error of the AP unable to join issue, when it joins it will show the IP address with 0.0.0.0

Scroll to the right and under Status.  Does it keep showing "Downloading"?

Thanks for your reply, not, it just shows remove options. According to the log, is the same firmware version as the WLC, because we inserted the bundle AP image to the WLC.

  - The screenshot with the error includes : Regulatory domain check has failed for the AP
     Is the regulatory domain for the particular AP configured (and allowed) on the controller ?

At the moment we didn't set any settings about the regulatory domain for the particular AP, any where we can configure? if need to be enabled or allowed.

  - It looks like this AP has a country code , not allowed on the controller ; intended or not =>
             Check manufacturing code for the AP , either on the packaging of the AP or on it's covers
             (or perhaps with the command show version on the AP)

Yes, for the country we set it to SG for the controller, and below attached is the AP version.

  - The country code SG is assigned for Singapore , yet the AP model ends on AIR-AP2802I-B-K9
     This corresponds to Puerto Rico , and USA 

                        So that should be corrected ,

Tried setting the controller to the 3 countries, but the AP still had the same error. 

Couldn't get the IP address, still 0.0.0.0
