Error update images for Wireless Controller WLC 2500

I have problem When I want to update images for Wireless Controller WLC 2500,
I choose number 6 when Boot Loader Menu shown.

That is not a valid RTOS image. 

You have two choices:  Contact TAC and ask for an RTOS image or you get your appliance RMA-ed.

should I use RMA service for sofware fail? I think this not serius problem.

Cisco TAC can publish the RTOS image.

This is normal.  You can RMA the unit.
