Extending Cisco Wireless with Apple AirPort Extreme?

I have a Cisco 3702i access point and a 2504 LAN controller.  I would like to extend the wireless signal if I can; I have a back room that I would like to have a better signal in.  I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried to use an Apple AirPort Extreme to extend their wireless or if this is even possible?  Thanks.

That would be a bad idea.  Get another AP and attach it to your WLC.

If the signal is encrypted (WPA2 for example), then the answer is no, it's not possible. Use another Cisco AP for this.

Any 3rd party AP configured as workgroup bridge mode or wgb is supported to extend the wireless network.
