if I connect to console I’m greeted by a password prompt that I do not know the answer to. Clients IT department can obviously not give me this information (and frankly I’m not going to push to get it)
Is there another way of factory resetting the thing? Thus erasing all running/starting config, clean slate.
Hold the mode button down and power up the ap. Keep holding the mode button for 20 seconds until the led turns red. You also can search this on the internet and find many guides, blogs and videos on factory resetting access points.
