All we are in the middle of testing doing a new guest anchoring solution from Wism's to 5508's..
We have enabled the captive portal bypass for apple.
The only issue we seem to be having is android users. There are 2 ways the user can be prompted for the splash screen. If you connect to guest the android client will prompt you the network you are connected to requires login. If you click that prompt you get our custom splash screen(Hosted on the controller) We are using webauth, but the credentials are passed in he background of the web code. The user gets redirected to http://1.1.1.1/fs/customwebauth/logout.html (Which i would prefer to just disable) but since i don't think that is possible I have customized a page. The client never gets redirected from this page after this point. Even though we set the Anchor to redirect the client.
Now if the client when connecting just opens a browser instead of clicking this network requires login. They get the login splash page like they are supposed to... Click the accept button... They get redirected really quick to http://1.1.1.1/logout.html ( Some unmodified internal webauth successful page) and then redirected onto the internet. This has happened will all 3 of our testing androids.....
Any help or ideas would be great!!
