hi all,
i am using 5508 WLC with 1042 aps.
i have guest WLAN thru which Guest users are connected.
is there any option in Controller to Limit the guest user Connectivity session?guest users are created in WLC itself....in local net users

Hi,
yes we can do that.. On the WLAN >> EDIT >> Advanced >> Session Time out >> Set the time in seconds. The clients will have to reconnect to the network at the time the session timeout expires..

but here we have to do entire SSID .is it possible to do the same for clinet by client (means for 1 client 1 hr for another client 2 hrs like that)?

I recently had the same issue. We wanted to be able to limit guest accounts (created local on the controller) to only 24hrs. I ended up using a seperate guest management solution called identity network guest manager. Cisco also has a Guest manager appliance, though its about twice as much in cost and is appliance based.
