Hi fellow expert, what is the possible reasons that the guest users disconnect in every 3 hours? Currently the customer is using WLC 2504. I have check the customer has enabled seesion timeout 1800 seconds. But this should not be the reason, right?

Session timeout forces client to reauthenticate which can justify the behavior you see.
Change this value of 1800 to zero and keep monitoring.
