Hi
Calls the attention this log here
[*06/12/2023 14:23:41.1099] Aborting image download(0x0): Dtls cleanup,
Is this AP capwap AP? any chance this to be mobility express ?
06-12-2023 09:54 AM
Im so sorry...
Im not really very Cisco savvy. I just bought these access points and trying to get them to work.
Im not sure if it is CAPWAP AP, or not. Im also not sure if it is mobility express, either.
Is there an easy way to find this info out??
im so sorry for sounding ignorant .

- What is the real model of the AP trying to join (?) , CBW240AC-B can't join a 9800 controller ,

Im not sure I understand your comment.
By this "CBW240AC-Bcan't join a 9800 controller" are you saying that it is not compatible?

Welp....shoot.
Thank you so much for your time, I really do appreciate it!
Could you recommend any affordable AP's that are compatible with the 9800?
Running a small business and, depending on the range of the AP's, I need at least 3-4 to cover the floor we are on.
Thank you so much for your time

- FYI : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/wireless/access-point-controller-selector.html , as stated when choosing these pay attention to the compatibility matrix too , in terms of needed software versions on the controller (sometimes - e.g.) , as far as covering is concerned you should always take a Wireless Site Survey and or consider it being a must ,
For small business environments : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/solutions/small-business/networking/wireless.html
